Snow Day!

We got about 5-6 inches of snow the other day. I loved it! But what I really love about the snow here is that it usually doesn't last very long. We get to wake up to it, enjoy it, and then enjoy watching it disappear with the hope of sunnier, warmer days ahead! I love it all.

Olivia and I went out to enjoy the snow. Keep in mind that even though there was a lot of snow on the ground...it was in the mid to high 50's so we were plenty warm!

And me being the mother that believes in children learning and exploring....I didn't stop her from eating even more....

Don't worry...I made sure our snow was actually white...and not "yellow"

And this is reminding us that in just a few short months we will be swimming in warm pools and basking in the sun, but for now we will enjoy the little bit of snow we have left!
