Crazy pigtailed girl.
Out of respect for this wee one, I will not show you the adorable picture of her pulling her diaper off and exposing a full moon. If her clothes are not on- she is trying with all her might to get that thing off. It's pretty hilarious and adorable, if I do say so myself.

Hubs is da bomb diggity!
My husband is a mountain biker. We've talked about this on the ol' blog before. He rocks socks people.
Working 40+ hours a week sort of limits his time on the bike, but he squeezes it in as many days as he possibly can. We live in the best area for it really. He can literally get on his bike from our place and bike in the mountains for an hour or so.
Last weekend he signed up for a race and---- He got Second in his Category! It was awesome. This is with very little training. I feel like he could be pro if that was his job and he actually had time to ride. Seriously guys- I can't brag enough about him. In my opinion- He's the Lance Armstrong of mountain bikes. (Aren't I just the greatest wife? ;)
Liv and I were his support team. (His Pop and pop's wife Kate were there for the first half to cheer him on as well.) We didn't realize we would be there close to 7 hours (set up, registration, the race starting late, the actual race, and then waiting for results) but Olivia was such a trooper. She didn't complain once. She was just happy to sit in the dirt and play with rocks and sticks and clap every time a biker came by. She loves to clap. It was so much fun to support him. We saw him twice after the race started and he was smiling. He rode strong!
It was fun to meet some of the other riders. Bikers are salt of the earth type people. Love it!
So Proud of you BABE!!! LOVE YOU!!!

La Ruta Day 3
Yesterday was Day 3 of La Ruta, and I am happy to say that today Steve finished the race! Yesterday he went up a Volcano and that stage took him 6 hours and 3 minutes. Sheesh it sounds like a lot of work doesn't it!?
You will have to go and read Staffan's blog about yesterday. The pictures I have added below are from his blog.

La Ruta Bike Race Day 2
Okay so I haven't been able to get into contact with Steve's dad today...he is my info guy but I have found out some info from the good ol' world wide web. I know that he finished today in 8 hours and 2 minutes. I'm just hoping he finished in one piece. The swedish guy on the bike team has a blog and he didn't mention anything about anyone being hurt so I think it's safe to say he's okay. I'm so grateful he has a blog so that I can get SOME info.
Last time Steve did this race (4 years ago) Day 2 was the easiest day and Steve's favorite. This year they changed Day 2 and from his teammates blog it sounds like Day 2 was rougher than rough. I can just picture my sweet husband now- utterly exhausted but with more mental will power than just about anyone on the planet. He really amazes me!
I stole this picture from his blog as well! GO STEVEN! I'm so proud of you!! LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU!!

La Ruta de los Conquistadores
As I mentioned before- Steve is currently doing a mountain Bike Race in Costa Rica. Today was Day 1 which just happens to be the toughest day. I have heard from his father who told me he finished strong and healthy today without any glitches. The website is slow to update so I don't have his times yet. I'm just grateful he finished and he is safe! Keep him in your prayers!!!
So proud of my husband right now! I'll write more later with updates!
(sorry this is jumbled, i'm on vacay and in a hurry!!)

Pura Vida!
He had a blast with his Pop and Dad, unfortunately the fish were not biting. Fishing is a tricky thing and there is no real way to make sure that the fish will be there. Schools of fish are there one day and gone the next. Tricky little fishies.

| Bunch of Goofballs |
They were on a 54 foot yacht sport fisher Viking. Beautiful boat. The captain made their meals for them. Sounds like a rough life right?

| When they were getting too hot they would sit on this nice couch and Air-conditioning would blow right on them! |
