She is so stinkin adorable and so incredibly FUN! Her little personality is just blossoming and I can hardly wait to watch it blossom more and more each day.
She loves to swim! I feel so blessed to live in a place where we can swim just about every day if we wanted to. We've already been swimming almost a dozen times because she loves it! It is always the same. It starts with a little intake of breath when we first go in the water. She sits there and thinks....woah that was a little bit of a shock to my system. But not even a second later she is all smiles and excitement! I love watching her get excited in the pool. You know how babies get excited and their hands and feet flail all over the place? Well, this flailing results in water splashing in her face...she pauses, takes a breath, and then goes back to smiles and happiness! I love her.
She loves to be outside. She gets sick of being in the aparment pretty fast but as soon as we go outside she is happy. Needless to say, we go on lots of errands, enjoy sitting on the balcony, lots of visits taking out the trash and getting the mail. She also loves to lay outside on a blanket and watch the birdies fly and the cars drive by. I'm a poet and I didn't even know it. Uh...moving on.

On our morning walk we found a friend.
Little girl is not a sleeper girl. She has gotten better, yes. She isn't waking up every hour anymore but she does wake up around 1 for some reason and then again around 4. This is a HUGE improvement from where we were so I'll take it any day. One of these days she will sleep through the night I just know it. She is usually a good napper, but the last few days she has even decided to boycott that.....stinker. I feel like we have tried everything, even letting her cry it out. I mean we really tried it. For more than a week. Let me just say one thing: THIS GIRL CAN CRY AND CRY AND CRY. She doesn't calm herself down, even after hours. And then, just when you think she has calmed herself down 15 minutes later she is at it again. You hear about those babies who cry for 2 hours and then sleep the rest of the night. Olivia will cry for 2 hours. Stop for a SHORT while and then start crying again. and again. and again. So no, it does not work for her. Bless her heart.
She has been enjoying the solid foods we have given her. She seems to love vegetables more than fruits. She loves avocado, sweet potatoes, and carrots! She also likes but doesn't love pears and apple sauce. I think its funny but really good! You eat those veggies baby.

See...she is unsure about the applesauce.
She is getting much better at liking her tummy. YAY. And yesterday was the first time that she actually rolled from her back to her tummy. YAY again.
She LOVES to be naked. Seriously loves it! It is actually part of our nighttime routine. I take her out of her clothes and let her play naked (with diaper usually) on the floor for about 30 minutes. She is happy as can be when she is naked. It's adorable.

This could have entertained her for hours with all the fun noises it made. Don't worry... I was right there the whole time to make sure she didn't suffocate.
She is so super smiley! And giggly if she is in the right mood. I love hearing her giggles, they make my day, week, month, year, LIFE!
This JUST in....her hair is coming in like a weed! It is getting so thick and simply precious.

Her latest Favorite thing to play with........

HAHAHA The look on her face. BITE IT girlfriend!
She is super vocal at times and then very observant. Really she is an extremely observant baby. She watches EVERYTHING and is super content to notice little details. I think she will be a late mover because of this fact. I think she is simply happy to just "be". Sometimes she doesn't want to play with her toys but instead she wants to watch us play with her toys. I could be wrong but I think she will be a later crawler, walker, etc... Trust me, that is absolutely FINE by me!:)
She is neither a mamma's girl or a daddy's girl at this point. She enjoys her time with us equally. we hope it stays that way.
She's a flirt. Girlfriend can work it. As a result, she is also an attention hog...
We love her to pieces!!!!
