Nemo.

Since the weather is so nice here (although the wind has been a big pain in the butt!) we decided to take Olivia swimming. The first time we went the pool had just been serviced for the year and it wasn't quite warm enough. Steve took her in and it lasted about 30 seconds before she decided she was not having it...I really don't blame her. I didn't even get in the pool that time.

She appears happy doesn't she...it didn't last long.

The second time was on friday and she loved it. At first she wasn't quite sure what was going on but then the smiles began to surface. Shortly followed by very excited squeals. Oh how I love those squeals. The squeals are always accompanied by jerky body movements and lots of leg kicking. We had so much fun swimming with her. I think we may have swam for about 15 minutes too long however. It wasn't long after our fun adventure that a different baby surfaced and cries were heard. We hopped in the car, drove home (only a 3 minute drive or less) and she was out. The sun had exhausted her poor thing. I can't wait for all of the fun times ahead of us this summer!!

She is our little fish! Our own little Nemo.

We may just have to make this swimming thing a bi-weekly (or more) event.

Something about a baby in a swimsuit is just absolutely delicious.
