I never wrote about the wonderful Conference weekend we had with my family up in Bear Lake. First, we LOVE conference weekend! It is so wonderful to get to listen to the the Lord's Prophet on the earth today and all of his apostles. They are men of God and it is such a wonderful thing to be able to hear what the Lord would like us to hear through them. We were filled with the Spirit many times during the weekend! It was also just fun to be with the family at the Bear Lake Cabin! We played games, watched movies, and laughed a lot. I wish I had taken pictures but I was too caught up in all the fun....sorry! Easter weekend was also a blast! We had the cutest little easter baskets, and the easter bunny even hid them in our little teeny apartment. Needless to say, they were not very hard to find. On Saturday we died easter eggs with our good friends the Putnams and a bunch of their international friends. There were several people there from Taiwain, China, and one from Rwanda. They were so nice and it was fun to dye easter eggs with people who have never done it before!! Easter sunday was also great! Church was beautiful as The Bishop and his wife spoke to us about Easter and about our Savior. After Church we drove down to Bountiful to have Easter dinner with Steve's Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins! It was fun to see all of them and enjoy a delicious dinner.
We are so very grateful for all of our blessings, our families, friends, a wonderful conference weekend, and a wonderful Easter Holiday where we could celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ!
