The Guy who put this recipe on the web also put a bunch of Italian music online that we could download. So the entire time we were cooking in the kitchen we had Italian music blaring in the background. We felt Italian and felt like we were in Italy (like either one of us would know what's that like....but we wish!!!) The recipe also told us how to make homemade meatballs!!!! I have to be honest, I don't normally enjoy meatballs but these were to DIE FOR!!!!! AHHH!!!! I could just go on and on about how wonderful that day was but I will spare you all.
Most of all I just had fun cooking with my wonderful husband. We laughed a lot, worked together, and were somewhat silly....(shocker I know!!) Anyways....as usual here are some pics!

Congrats to you guys on such a fun homemade meal! I liked your comment on my blog that you guys are trying to do the same things we're doing with planning dinner ahead and buying specific ingredients and making more homemade things. Yum. My grandma has a great homemade spaghetti sauce recipe if you ever want to try another one (it doesn't take too much prep but it simmers for two hours... filling your hose with that delicious spicy smell... ahhhhhhh).
