9 Months.

Milestones reached during the last month:

- Get into a sitting position all by herself
- Rolled around lots more
- Crawling
- First Tooth
- VERY close to pulling herself up to EVERYTHING. She has done it a few times but most of the time she needs a little help.
- LOVES to eat solid foods all of a sudden.

Okay, Now that those EXCITING things are out of the way let's talk about my girl. My big girl. Tear. Sniffle. Smile. Laugh. Yes, I have so many mixed emotions right now but they always end in happy emotions and lots and lots of smiles.

Hello there pretty one. 

So she started crawling last Saturday and I couldn't believe it! Almost instinctively she goes for the things she shouldn't. For example, the computer and printer chords. So...we have a couple of really fun and long chords that aren't attached to anything that we thought she would love to play with. Only she doesn't. It's like she just knows that they aren't REAL or they aren't doing something. Or maybe it's because we gave them to her so freely that she doesn't want them. Oh dear...already this girl wants what she doesn't or can't have. This could be a problem...

She talks a lot lately. But not usually around other people, not unless she is at home or she feels really comfortable around them. She will wake up and just talk to herself in her crib for 20 minutes or so. It's adorable and it makes me happy to hear her so happy first thing in the morning. She talks while she eats...enjoying every single bite. She loves bananas, avocados, sweet potatoes, carrots, yogurt, peaches, crackers, grapes, blueberries, etc... She really loves most things (although she wasn't a fan of green beans...neither am I.) and now things eating is quite fun. "Nom, nom nom" 

She is more giggly lately. She likes to wrestle on the floor. The mommy monster attacks her with kisses all over and she just giggles and giggles and then we pretend like she is tickling mommy and the giggles continue. I LOVE her giggles. 

When she started crawling and we would clap and tell her how big she was...she just looked up at us like..."What? What's the big deal guys?" and then she would continue crawling. Oh funny girl...sometimes so serious and I love it. Glad we get the serious mixed with the giggles. It's good to be well rounded. 

Her first Fort! This kept her entertained for a long time!

She loves to be in her Jumper. We put it in the doorway so she can feel like she is outside and she will just  jump and jump and jump. I love that she loves it so much because it allows me to get some things done while she is enjoying herself. (and I don't have to worry about her getting into something she shouldn't)

She has recently decided that getting dressed is no fun. She will start whining and somewhat yell at me when I dress her now. "Mom, I want to go play...stop trying to fit my arms in these little tiny holes!" But Somehow I always get her dressed and let her go off and play!

She was playing under the table. 

Speaking of play...she does this much better on her own than she use to. It's nice that she can entertain herself a little more now. Sometimes I will just sit and watch her for a few minutes because she is so dang cute when she plays.

She always finds the tiniest bit of paper and the ground and puts it in her mouth....

She loves the printer...

She loves the trash...

She loves life!

And we love her!
