I am now officially at the halfway mark in my pregnancy! Halfway until we have a sweet little angel join our little family. Obviously Steve and I are quite ready since one of us seems to dream about the baby every night! We are super excited! I bought just a few maternity shirts this week with my good friend Lindsey! We had a great time (me having a great time shopping? huh? I know right?) BUT we did have a great time and the shirts are so comfortable!!!
Things I have been experiencing:
- The Baby almost always kicks me now.... it is usually right after dinner and right as I am trying to go to bed... the little tyke just wants to let mommy know it's there. (gosh it will be great to not call it "IT" anymore!)
- Heartburn has slowly creeped up on me. However, I have found ways to keep it mostly away..at least for now. Chewing GUM has been the biggest cure..strange, but true.
- Sleeping is hard even with pillows. The strangest part is turning over in the middle of the night, the belly is making things more difficult no matter how small it could be. I guess this is just preparation for when the baby comes!
- My Emotionalness is much less than it was before, thank goodness....I don't think I could cry over ketchup again! hehe
- I feel great! I have tons of energy (except at night) and I feel like a normal person except I have this very strong belly poking out of me!
- My Prenatal Yoga is seriously the BEST part of my day... okay one of the best! It is a workout, but also stress relieving and completely relaxing.. I LOVE YOU CHILD'S POSE!
Life is Good!

you look GREAT Lauren! I'm excited for you! Just curious...what's the Yoga DVD you use? Or is it a class you go to?

hahaha i just felt so awkward that christine's husband told you how good you were looking until i looked at the next comment. funny. anyway, you look great! way to be tiny as ever but have a baby inside of you. love it.
