Steve and I have now been married for 2 years! I know that is still not very long, but it really has been the best 2 years of our lives! And I can honestly say that I love him more now than I did the day I married him (and that is saying a LOT!) We have grown so much, learned so much, had so much fun, etc... can't wait to see what the next 2 years will bring, and the next 2, etc... Steven is my best friend and he is the absolute perfect person for me, thank you for everything honey...I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!
Aren't these Flowers beautiful, I know the picture isn't great and the flowers have already started to die a little but I love them! The first flowers Steve ever gave to me were yellow roses. The guys that lived across the hall said to him before he gave them to me..."are you sure you want to give her yellow roses? They mean friendship" and he said, "Not to Lauren, these are her favorite flower!" He knew me already!! haha! These flowers are what I like to call Lemon-lime! A good mix between green and yellow and they are now in a very close second!!!
Steve works so hard, with no time off, and our actual anniversary was on a sunday so it was very low-key and actually exactly what we wanted. We went to church, came home and had a wonderful lunch together and then watched 5 hours of Lost! haha.....that is just another one of the wonderful things we have done in the last 2 years, become addicted to LOST! The ending was truly amazing and I cried through the whole thing...figures! It was a lovely day spent with my best friend!!
On Steve's day off this week we did do something fun in celebration! We went to the pool!!! AHH, the pool! We could have gone weeks ago because of how nice the weather is here in Albuquerque but just never got around to it...until yesterday! It was so nice and I'm sure we will be spending many of his days off there!
Just relaxing...the tube is a little small! Afterwards we went to see the movie "letters to Juliet." Have to say I was disappointed...it had its tender moments but overall....WAY TO CHEESY and I'm not usually one to complain, but they just didn't get it right...and Steve and I had a hard time believing in the end that they were in love, not very believable but either way we had an enjoyable time together!!! Once again, love my husband more than words can describe...happy to be his wife!!

This is so cute. I love how in love you two are with each other :) And goodness Lar - the Lost Finale!!! SO AMAZING!!!! We were watching it for 5 hours as well, haha. Worth it. :) (And what a tear-jerker!) I love you!!
Oh I loved your wedding day, your dress, your hair, everything! I miss you guys! Can't wait to see you soon though! We have much to talk about and catch up on! :)
