So before Steve started working his butt off.....we got to take one last vacation! In January we went to Vail, Colorado to go skiing and it was marvelous! Before I liked Skiing and I wanted to be better.....but I was at that stage when I was just to afraid. Well Vail changed all of that. (Okay sometimes I am still scared but I am getting better at it!) On this fabulous skiing trip I had the help of my wonderful husband, brother in law D-dubbs, Father in law, and the real Moutain Guide... Petey!! He really helped me to work on my technique and have a blast of a time! Let's just say...He made me into a BLACK DIAMOND SKIIER!!! YAY!!! I had never skiied a black before so this was an awesome experience.....now I can really say that I am a skiier!!! And YES....snowboarding is the inferior sport. hehe!

It was such a fun trip! We were so happy we were able to go because now Steve has to work like a dog for vacation time.....Welcome to the REAL world! haha!

Ah, look at you! From silly ski-slopes with Kelly in 11th grade to avid pro-skier champ with Steve a few short years later! Next stop, Olympics?!
